NEW & UPDATED LOOK for Bikini Bungalow. Fresh paint, window treatments, furniture, and bedding. The master bedroom will have a KING bed. The second bedroom has a queen. A QUEEN sleeper sofa in the living room. Upstairs loft will have a QUEEN bed, and 2 twin beds. (Note, the picture shows a queen in the master suite. The King bed is expected to arrive mid-October).

BIKINI BUNGALOW is a family favorite condo! Located in the heart of Avila Beach and steps to warm white sands. Courtyard at Avila showcases award winning architecture with lovely hillside views. Private patio area within gated courtyard. Just steps to the sandy beach, restaurants, golf course, bike path, etc. All the benefits of beach life steps from your front door...surf boarding, kayaking, jet skiing, boating. Condo includes 2 parking places in secured, gated garage. The condo is directly off the garage elevator, located on a private and quite end of the courtyard.

9/22/2018: The condo has three private sleeping rooms: The master suite has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom; bedroom 2 (queen bed); and a roomy loft area. In the loft has 2 twin beds, and trundle bed (2 twins). The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Total beds is 7. Sleeps 10 guests. 2 bathrooms downstairs.

*We are waiting on delivery of the KING bed for the master suite (mid-October). The final layout will be: Master (King); Bdrm 2 (Queen); Living Room (Queen sleeper sofa); Loft: 2 twin beds, Queen bed. Total beds 6. Total sleeping capacity 10.

There is an elevator from the parking garage to the courtyard area. This condo does not meet handicap accessibility requirements. The main living area and second bedroom is handicap accessible. There are three steps leading to the master suite. Please reference the photos to determine suitability and ease of mobility.

    Great location for a long weekend at the beach for family and friends. The property was delightful and well stocked with all we needed. We fit in five adults and two grown children but had one of the families bunking together in the loft which would be better for a few kids whose parents could sleep downstairs. Overall a great experience.
