SEACLIFF HOUSE is a single level newly redecorated and landscaped Shell Beach home with spectacular unobstructed ocean view across San Luis Bay to Point Sal and beyond. This 1300 sf floor plan has two spacious bedrooms both with king beds. The master has a connecting bath with a large glass-tiled walk in shower with frameless glass surround, custom cabinetry, and granite counter with two vessel sinks. The second bedroom has ocean view and the second bath has a soaking tub with tiled shower over it, custom cabinetry and granite counter and details.

Living space is open plan to maximize the ocean view. Sofa and easy chairs face the view or the flat screen TV with basic cable, DVD player, Apple TV, Bluetooth speakers, and high speed Internet. There is an extensive library of both books and movies and a push button gas fire for those cold winter evenings.

The dining area can seat six. The kitchen is equipped with gas cooktop and built in gas oven with broiler, dishwasher, lots of cabinets and counter space. There is a laundry room with washer, dryer and laundry sink.

Outside there is a screen-block walled dining patio with seating for six, The front patio has four Adirondack chairs for just sitting and staring out to sea and an additional outdoor room with seating and a curved screen-block wall and ocean view. On the north end of the house is a private outside shower for rinsing off sand, a clothesline for beach towels and wetsuits and a Webber charcoal grill. There’s a carport and room for a second car in tandem (2 onsite parking spaces). All areas are accessible and all doors are three feet wide.

We have a duty to disclose there is construction on the cliff edge where the city is installing a section of seawall and stairs down to the water. The project is scheduled to be completed in September.

    My wife and I had an amazing five night stay at this beautiful house in August. Interior was immaculate, clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was exceptional, especially with the 50 retro look they have. Bed was very comfortable and the bathrooms were spotless. Sat outside every morning having coffee and every evening sipping wine.....and watching the whales! Such a beautiful neighborhood and community. Met some really nice neighbors every day from the front patio and also a few houses away at the scenic viewing point where we watched the amazing sunsets! Will definitely be back.
