AVILA VILLA has exquisite design and luxury accommodations with unparalleled amenities. The one-level flat is private and spacious with views and gorgeous interior. The open design allows sea breezes to flow. Decor has been chosen to highlight luxury coastal life.

Features include open-concept floor plan with high 9' ceilings, a retractable 12' glass view wall to the Pacific, gourmet kitchen with Thermador commercial appliances, quartz countertops, farmhouse sink, and large island bar plus pantry. Hardwood floors in main living area, full indoor laundry room, master bath with large walk-in shower.

The master suite has a king bed, ensuite bathroom with oversize walk-in shower. There are french doors opening to a standing balcony with mountain views. The second bedroom also has a king bed. The nearby bathroom has a tub/shower combination. For additional sleeping, there is a queen sleeper/sofa in the living room.

Front view balcony offers unique perspectives of Avila Beach and great place to enjoy that cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at sunset. A commercial grade elevator services the complex and whisks you to your floor making stairs a thing of the past.

Home is fully stocked with kitchen cooking and serving dishes, towels, linens. No food items, cooking oils or seasonings are not kept onsite. Beach gear is provided, that includes: beach dolly, 4 beach chairs, and umbrella. Beach towels are not stocked in the unit. Beach towels are available in Seven Sisters Vacation Rentals office. Call ahead to reserve beach towels. Wifi, Charter/Spectrum basic channel lineup available. Propane BBQ grill located on the balcony, just off the living and dining areas.

An underground gated parking garage with two dedicated parking stalls provides security. From the parking garage there is an elevator to the first and second levels in the complex.

    This is a great place to spend a few days. Accommodations are comfortable. Everything you need is there. The only drawbacks are master bath shower (shower curtain and no shelf-very small) and the busy road. The views and location make up for it. Property Management very responsive to a problem with cable tv. We would definitely stay again.

    Checking in was super easy and Terri was very helpful. This condo is beautiful. The location is perfect, just a short walk down to the beach. Everything was spotless. We felt like we were the first guests to stay there and we actually might have been. Everything is labeled throughout the condo. A bit OCD but I like that 😆. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to entertain and prepaid meals. The condo is beautifully decorated and very clean. The condo has beach towels but it would be nice if they had beach chairs and boogie boards too. The street is pretty busy during the day, be careful walking as the cars come around the corner pretty fast. Everything is walking distance unless you want to go to SLO or Pismo Beach which is a short drive away. We are looking forward to our next trip.
