7/1/2018: A condo in the neighboring complex is extending their patio deck. For a few weeks there is construction noise. Depending on contractor's schedule and task, you may or may not experience a noise nuisance. Strict SLO County noise ordinance is enforced. Work can start as early as 7am to 7pm Mon-Sat. Typically contractors end early afternoon and do not work weekends.
