Located across the street from the Avila Golf Resort, the home offers open concept living, coastal and hillside views. Avila Amore is designed with open living space in mind. The natural sunlight pours into the main living area and two sliding doors in the living room open to create a comfortable cross-breeze. The kitchen amenities include quartz stone slab countertops, and Thermador stainless steel appliances. Fine Room & Board modern furnishings throughout.

Also at the main level is a bedroom. The first bedroom on the main level has a comfy over-sized queen, memory-foam sleeper sofa (+ 5" inches). There is a full bathroom with tub/shower combination accessible to the bedroom just off the hallway.

Up a flight of stairs to a jr. suite and large master suite. The jr. suite has a king bed and ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combination.

Also on the second level is a grand master suite. The master suite has a king bed and roomy ensuite bathroom. The master bathroom has a double-sink vanity, soaking tub and roomy walk-in shower. Just off the master suite is another balcony with a glimpse of ocean and pier views. Open the sliding door to hear the sound of rolling waves and feel the gentle ocean breeze against your skin. The start to a perfect beach morning.

Bedding and linens are provided. The kitchen is well stocked for meal prep and and entertaining. Propane grill located off the kitchen balcony. There is oak hardwood flooring throughout the home. There is a two car garage, plus driveway parking for 2 more autos. The owner does store a personal auto in the garage, so in total there is a total of 3 parking spaces available to guest (1 inside the garage, 2 in the driveway). You will enter the home from a private drive (Beach Colony Drive) and this road leads to the beach and downtown area. The better picturesque views are on the backside of the house. With the private road below the balconies there is minimal pedestrian and auto noise in comparison to other Avila Beach locations.

Minimum night stays based on seasonality. Pricing is based on occupancy of 4. Additional guests charged an additional cost per night. When renting for max occupancy of 6 guests the 3rd bedroom (with sleeper sofa) will be accessible, otherwise the room is locked off.

The pictures are "early bird" photos and serve the purpose of showing the beautiful furniture the owners have chosen. The final touches of art work, pillows and throws are scheduled within the next week. Keep checking back for photo updates. EVERYTHING is new in this home! Furnishings are from Room & Board with a light, airy beachy color pallet. Amore Avila indeed!

    The home is brand new and thus very clean. There is a large gourmet kitchen which was very nice for cooking for the family.

    The house is located a short distance from the beach and the Avila Beach business district. There is a nice farmers market on Thursday afternoon - evening. The San Luis Pier is only about a mile away. There is a gold course across the street. So it is a great location.

    The house is located on Avila Beach Drive which does get a lot of traffic. This is not a problem in the day, as we were out of the house. But there is a lot of traffic noise in the middle of the night and the early morning.

    The property manager was very helpful on the day we arrived. I was not able to locate the Key Code on the app, so she sent it to me via text right away.

      Thank you for your comments. We have installed white noise machines in each bedroom to help with evening road noise. The road noise is mostly generated from workers starting/ending their work shift in the evening. As the power plant nears their sunset date the traffic will likely decrease too. Thanks again for the input. Comments like this help us continue to meet guest requests.

    This rental property was incredibly clean, beautifully decorated, and very well organized. It had everything. Two very large master suites with bathrooms and another good size room with very nice sofa pull out. Awesome kitchen. I can't say enough about Seven Sisters property management. I called around in a panic on a Saturday morning looking for a immediate rental property in the Pismo/Avila area after we were forced to vacate a different property due to some issues that had not been disclosed. It is next to impossible to get a nice rental property the "day of" but Terri of Seven Sisters called me back and worked with me over the phone, giving me information on this rental, and sending me the agreement to book it. Our experience was wonderful. I do recommend staying in this property. Close enough to walking to the beach and restaurants yet not right in the middle of everyone as some of them are. The only minor issue would be that it does have some traffic noise in the morning as the location is off of the street and across the golf course but not a deal breaker by any means as the property itself more than makes up for it. This was a great one! We will go back and we will definitely be using Seven Sisters again as they went above and beyond the usual service on a Saturday morning. Thanks so much!
